Picked up a car 2 days ago, drove it for 30 mins realised the air con doesn't work. Now realised the MOT has advisories on it even though the MOT was done the day before pick up and I've got a 2 week wait to get the car fixed. That RAC checklist isn't worth the paper it's written on. Turned a decent experience into a really poor one. Edit: Found wrappers shoved in the pockets behind the seats and the car only has 3 car mats that were in the boot so I didn't realise till I'd got home. The missing one is the drivers mat.

I cannot commend the team at Carbase Weston enough for my recent car purchase. I was dealt with by bona fide experts and top men James and Nadeen. Firstly, the test drive and purchase appointment were booked efficiently and considerate to my schedule. Then, obviously happy with the car, I parted with the most money (worth it!) I ever have, yet they made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole process. All details were thoroughly, yet efficiently, explained to me, including all optional services such as warranty, GAP insurance, and paint protection. There was no pressure to purchase any of these services but I was given all the information and support I needed to make that decision on my own. I came away a lot more knowledgable in the field of car sales and services! Finally, after driving the car for three weeks now, I can tell that it is an exceptional example that's been vetted, maintained, and serviced to a high standard - something that you can never be too sure about when buying a used car. So I commend the whole process and team at Carbase for ensuring top quality cars are delivered at the best possible prices and with the most exceptional customer service. No doubt, I'll be back to upgrade to something more powerful when my bank balance has recovered!
