        2nd time we have been left standing at the train station despite prebooking and asking specifically if they would pick us up on time; first time left waiting for 40mins; 2nd time 15 mins and wheb we walked home told id wasted drivers time as i decided to walk home. no apology just a big arguement telling me im a liar....

        Im 15 and the taxi driver made me give him my phone so he could make sure he got the money at the other end. Very scary.
