Terry was brilliant, the standard of the survey was excellent and the price compared to previous surveys we have had was exceptional. I have been in the building trade for almost 25 years so when you read a report you can tell the knowledge and experience of the surveyor.

Terry provided a non-invasive damp and roof timber survey for a house I am purchasing following my home buyers report raising some issues. I was happy that Terry read through my home buyers report to reproduce those issues, and then applied further investigation plus his experience to provide a more detailed explanation. He followed up his report with a lengthy phone conversation which helped answer any more questions I had.
