Sports Massage Therapy at Cowan House

I've had a couple of sessions with Sophie for a shoulder issue and the treatment has been fantastic. I felt she listened well, communicated clearly and very effectively addressed the issues I had. Highly recommended.

I've had a lot of massages over the years but Sophie's massage made it into my all time top three. She got to the root of the problem and released a lot of tension with only minimal discomfort. Not bad for a back problem I've had for many years. Can't wait for my next session.

Recent trapped nerve in the back pain running down the right leg massage twice for one hour by Charlie who has also been treating me with a damaged shoulder cuff for the last few months I am now able to move and lift my arm without pain and after having several sessions on my back I am well on the mend now absolutely magic one more treatment I shall be back to normal. Thank you Charlie for making me feel so good anyone who has a injury don't hang about get to Cowan House Weston super Mare all the staff there are very professional pleasant and dam good at their job definitely Charlie has healing hands Many thanks again Jeanie Major-Eyre
