I have just had the sheer pleasure of doing business this week with Mactra Marine Ltd., in Weston Super Mare. The majority of my communication was with Liz, who was very friendly professional, extremely efficient and organised. My package was to be delivered overseas, and Liz also organised that with very favourable rates from the couriers. Rude staff, do not turn up for appointments, when I called to ask how long they will be, get told to just wait. Staff also swore thinking he has hung the phone up, I was still on the line and heard, when asked he denied it. useless company, STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!
