DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY If I could give them no stars I would. They aren't interested in customer satisfaction but only want your money. They have not been responsive and not wanted to resolve my issue with their service. You can't even escalate your complaint to the owner because of a very rude office manager. Take a look at the other reviews of customers who have had similar issues. Take a look also on Trustpilot. The bad reviews mention the awful customer service in particular Hayley. They confirmed being at fault by saying they would reprimand their engineer for being at fault but that doesn't help me as a customer and the issue still remained unresolved. The owner, Peter Coole ignored my letter and made no effort in dealing with my complaint. Their customer service skills are non-existent. They manipulate the truth and avoid dealing with the issue. The program Watchdog on BBC should feature this company on one of their shows. Shocking.

Wanted to charge us 66 for a simple change of Wi-Fi code despite us paying a 72 annual maintenance fee. Staff were really unhelpful and advised us the only option was to email the managing director who never responded to our email. Really poor customer service despite their website claiming every client receives best in class service.
