BAKED

Not impressed at all I ordered the build your own burger adding pulled pork to it along with some fries with chilli con carne, five minutes before delivery I received a phone call from BAKED stating that the burger was being delivered with no pulled pork on it so I told them I no longer wanted this order and to refund me to which they promptly hung up on me and when the delivery driver arrived I sent it back. I gave the delivery driver a good 20mins to have taken it back so I tried calling them no answer over the course of the next two hours I tried calling them at least a dozen more times and also left two voicemails asking for a refund they have never got back to me and I had to go through ubereats to get refunded absolutely terrible customer service its a shame I have ordered from here before and the food is good but Im afraid they have lost my custom after this incident

Absolutely superb roast dinner had today 12/02/23. Plenty of it, well cooked, tasted delicious, highly recommend.

First time ordering from Baked today and all I can say is WOW! My husband and I were totally speechless. We both had a roast, the roast potatoes and carrots were insanely good. The food was hot, fresh and all round delicious. Super fast delivery. Couldnt be more impressed!

The roasts are absolutely amazing the only downside is. Twice we have ordered via just eat and YOYO and the order was was never confirmed. No answer on phone either.. guessing because they are super busy but still a bit disappointing when you really look forward to something super yummy
