Sarah was so friendly and easy to talk to, making my whole job hunting experience a huge amount less stressful! She couldn't stress enough, about how important it was to find the right job for me and my family life! It felt like talking to a friend, and she was was there for me to talk to whenever I needed, coaching me through the whole interview process (which I was terrified about)! She found me the perfect part- time and local job, which I not only got an interview for, but I even found out I'd landed the job later that same day! I started the following week! The whole process with Change recruitment was so easy, considering I've been putting off looking for new work for so long now. I could not rate them highly enough, in particular, Sarah! Thank you! :)

I cannot rate Sarah from Change Recruitment Services Ltd highly enough. I came across her entirely by accident and I am SO glad I did. From our first phone call I felt in expert hands, and not just expert hands but deeply compassionate hands. I felt seen as a person, not just a number on a screen. She guided be through my options, was always available on the phone for a catch up and advice and bolstered my confidence immensely. I started this journey looking for a job, any job, and ended it with a job that I am so excited about with a great future. None of which would have been possible without Sarah.
