I have always used this company for various bits, this year I had a new bathroom fitted and we are over the moon with it. The guys who installed went above and beyond to fit into our tight timescales of 5 days from rip of the old, out to finishing. This included building a stud wall, tiling throughout, various alterations to pipework to accommodate the removal of the old shower unit to install the bath, and putting in a suspended ceiling for spot lights to be installed. The results are amazing. The team were great, they got on with what needed to be done and cleaned up after themselves, making the whole process really easy going and smooth. I would recommend the team to anyone, whatever it is you need done.

We had an outside tap fitted today, I can't fault anything. The communication was great the workmanship was excellent and the price was very competitive. Would 100% recommend. *****

I was recommended by a friend to Maintenance Response as I had been let down a number of times by other contractors I had tried to use. I wanted a new bathroom, and wanted it completed as soon as possible. I was visited by Aaron who came to the house and went through all my options with me. This was very soon followed up with a detailed quote of all the works they would do. I wanted some changes made to what we had originally discussed and they were more than happy to send me a revised quote that was tailored to what I wanted. When they came to do the work I had to be at work myself, so i left them a key, I was a bit worried at first, but soon learned i had nothing to worry about, the whole team working in the house were very professional and each day cleaned up after themselves, locked up and returned the key to the safe place. I was really pleased with the works done and the finished product, I haven't needed anything else doing since then, but if I do I will definitely go straight back to these guys

Used this company last year for work to the front of my house, couldn't fault - speedy response to the enquiry, earlier start to the work than scheduled. Great chaps that did the work, all went to plan and super happy. The job was worth 1k. I have another two projects, a small 1k work and a second one 80-100k, the company came to see the house in December 2021, I shared all the architect plans, they seemed enthused by both pieces of work. I eventually received a quote for the smaller project, as this happened over Christmas, due to cost going up they requoted and I agreed to proceed with the work. Still waiting for that acknowledgement of a start date. For the larger project, I am still yet to receive a quote. I have been clear about being happy to wait for the work to be done if I found the right company, but yet still no quote. Chased several times and just receive excuses of emails in the spam folder, bad weather etc etc. I assume they are not interested in the work, but why waste a customers time with visiting a property, discussing the work and promising time after time to send a quote if you are restricted. Now I am super frustrated and will not use nor recommend this company, plus back to the drawing board to find a company I find trustworthy and reliable. Disappointing.
