        I dropped off a booklet maker as it wasn't folding or stapling correctly. Other firms were not interested or unable to fix it. Not only did they fix it it (within a couple of hours) but threw in a box of staples, staples that I had been paying 19 a box for which they sold for a fiver. The trip to Weston Super Mare was well worth it. Not only efficient, but lovely to deal with.
