West Moorland Road Post Office

Never open! Every time I try and use the Post Office the counter is either closed as it's a Saturday, the card reader doesn't work or like today, staff off sick. Can't call itself a Post Office!

I have always liked this post office but this time they let me down. My husband posted a parcel to Malaysia the girl was so stressed out doing the counter and the posts office not been trained at all. She sent it with out trace, when my husband asked are you sure I dont need tracking number, she said I dont know, I think its ok. Its just not good when the owners go out and leave her. Shut the shop next time please. I posted a parcel to a little girl for her birthday that she never got. I will never shop there again. I cant even claim as I did not keep receipts. I really think the post office or that girl should refund me. Bad service. They should keep the man with the hat who cover from time to time, he is very nice polite and efficient.

This woman who owns this post office don't deserve any trade wots so ever !!!!! she is the ruddest woman I've ever met in my whole life she doesn't open her mouth no please no thank you nothing she's rude to elderly people A poor old lady asked for help and she muttered under her breath. If you don't want to serve us public with a smile and a thank you I suggest u go do something that would please you because u clearly don't want to be serving !!!!!! You been rude like this for along time everyone's on about you your a horrible rude woman and you don't deserve no trade. AVOID AVOID AVOID
