Milton Road Post Office

The only post office in the area who goes out of its way to make it difficult for customers to use. Save yourselves, go elsewhere.

The post office here is full of time wasters and criminals. They charge so much postage for what are practically small items, and the staff close the tills at random times just because they don't feel like working. Came in at 3pm, only for them to turn me away just because the only person who was "qualified" to operate the till decided to go home early. UNACCEPTABLE! We the people make your wages, not the company you work for, especially regarding an essential public service!

Post office always seems to be shut whenever a parcel needs to be collected... hours are short and not open more than a couple hours a day. Due to "short staff" or "changing of staff", come on....

Arrived at 6pm the post office was shut at all stations (2 x at the rear, 1 x at the tills). Web Search and Royal Mail both state open and all services available until 10pm...this is not the case and on enquiry was told by the staff (the employee hired to conduct those services) that she had just logged off and i qoutd "been at work since 8am, Basically Royal Mail are rubbish to work for and loads have people have quit".......all said whilst lounging on the counter with coffee in hand..when questioned why Royal Mail Customer Service directed me there if its closed? She just huffed and said "thats what its like". The most unhelpful, slobbish and unprofessional sloth I've ever interacted with..
