Aller Parade Post Office

I would give it no stars if I could. The post office counter is very unreliable in abiding by its own opening hours, and frequently lets the local residents down. I live nearby and have used the post office counter, or more accurately have tried to, many times, but it regularly closes when it should be open. It needs to be managed properly and more staff trained up for the post office counter. If it continues I will complain to the post office. The shop is getting paid by them to provide a reliable service, but it is falling way short.

Very unpleasant post office staff. Unhelpful and unkind. Do not recommend.

They're never open - been trying to pick up Christmas presents since November - it's now January.

Sunday afternoon I received notification that a parcel had arrived and was available for collection. When I arrived I was told that neither of the staff on duty were trained nor authorised to deal with post office matters. Failing to ensure that rostered staff can carry out the full range of services is management incompetence.
