Sam gave a quote for an immersion tank removal, an old gas fire removal and installation of a new combo boiler and a suggestion of a small radiator in my very large airing cupboard. His work was professional and quick and did it within the allotted stated time and quote. Very trustworthy and friendly and helpful. Would recommend and use again. Service: Water heater installation

Sam came around to quote for a replacement boiler. Affable individual and seemed knowledgeable and helpful. However, 2 weeks later no quote and chased up because I discovered a leak on my existing boiler. I wasn't expecting an immediate call-out, I asked for advice. Instead, I got I will call you back. Well we are 15 hours later and no response. That' not professional .... and quite obviously not interested. Thank goodness my boiler hasn't blown up

I initially got in contact with Sam after a recommendation from someone on the next door app. It was a really simple job of connecting a gas hook from the gas pipe. I agreed with Sam a time at 9.15 on Friday. On Friday at 9 am I received a call from Sam stating he forgot he was going away camping this weekend and hadn't packed. He said would it be ok once he had finished packing he comes and completes the job, I agree. When Sam arrive he had a look at what needed to be completed and stated he'll go to the van and get his tools. He returns back from the van and informs me that all his tools are underneath his camping gear (baring in mind he knew he was completing his job well in advance). He apologises for messing me around and asks if he can complete it on Sunday on his way home at midday. Once again I agree to this. Today Sam hasn't shown up, I've received no communication from him. Sam hasn't responded to my call or message. Please avoid at all costs and don't waste your time. If I could have given 0 starts I would.
