The team are a credit to the company, and everyone who worked on our bathroom was friendly and worked incredibly hard.         Booked two appointments with Jamie, didn't arrive to the first one but called 2 hours later to say he wouldn't be able to make it. Booked another appointment which I stayed In all day for and no show and no phone call from him apologising or to come up with an excuse. Clearly doesn't need the business, or to treat potential customers with any respect

        We have had bathroom furniture installed together with an upgrade some plumbing fittings. Jamie was used because of a previous excellent experience and it is still the same. Polite, professional and communicative. Jamie's operatives are very well trained in all aspects.
