Very chatty man on reception (its actually The boss), with seriously poor math skills. Overcharged me 30% and cowardly not responding to emails and phone calls. Doesn't want to refund me the money Instead of that he said I can have 2 and half buckets. THAT IS INSANE It's funny how the line was breaking up and they couldn't hear me and the other excuse was that the BOSS is out everytime I called. Checked twice the prices on their online shop and he said that probably there is something wrong with their website. An advice: NEVER TRUST PEOPLE WHO TALKS A LOT. And don't shop with Rob. Absolute fraud.

Thanks so much for brilliant service today sorting out our problem with a box we'd dropped and damaged. Once again great service from FR Warren. The people to go to if you have a one off design. They've made great things for us in the past

Once again Warren's have saved the day; they always have exactly what I want and I thought it was about time to leave a review after all their years of excellent service and support. I was surprised to see that there are people sounding off at them. Their descriptions are of an F.R.Warren that I don't recognise at all! I've dealt with the company for close to fifty years and have always enjoyed good, friendly and efficient service.

Needed replacement windows for an outhouse. Sourced a quote online but then wondered if I could get them locally. I phoned FR Warren and spoke to Rob who was very helpful and we went through my options and given a quote. I was delighted to find that FR Warren was actually cheaper than the online quote and I was able to get all the plexiglass I needed cut to size and ready to go on the same day. Great job Rob thanks!
