        I had a problem with the frame on my new specs. Took them back and explained and without hesitation they sent them off for my specs to be fixed. Couldnt have been more helpful. Thank you.

        Reasonable turn around from eye test to glasses being ready. However, lens on one pair had imperfections on arrival. Had to be sent off to be replaced, 12 days later- Arrived back even worse than before. Can only get a refund when the manager is there, which isnt until mid week next week, which is not good for people who work. So I paid 100 for a pair of glasses on 30th September that have arrived twice, are unwearable and no telling when Ill get that money back. Truly the worst service Ive had in 25 31 years of wearing glasses.
