Went in there after school today with my daughter as she had an appointment. They were excellent. The lady who dealt with us, Sarah, was great. It was near the end of the day, but she still took the time to explain things clearly, made my daughter feel at ease with her choice, and was very reassuring regarding the costs. The shop had to deal with a rude customer while I was there, and they did so in a very professional way. Sarah apologised to us about the incident, which she didn't need to, it wasn't the shops fault. They even took time to repair my daughter's current glasses so that they would be wearable while we wait for the new ones. A very hardworking, caring team.

I am not at all satisfied after successive eye tests here. The staff is friendly but my daughter for the second time has bought glasses to her liking but they do not cover her eye and therefore do not perform her function. I think it's partly my fault that I didn't get sure they were ok. My daughter is 12 years old, she chooses the ones she likes and no one bothers to see if they are suitable. They don't cover her eye, they're big, we've already gone twice to adjust them but she's forcing her eye. She has a strabismus problem that had improved and has gotten noticeably worse again. I have told the optician this and that I would like them to send me to Bristol to Nhs or Weston but he has not paid me any attention. I think they treat such an important topic as vision rather superficially. Of course I will look for another place after several visits to this one

I had knew lenses fitted to my existing frames. 20 day's later they were returned damaged, I was told there was nothing they could do. Appalling service.
