Rang two hours before an appointment I'd waited two weeks for to cancel it. Wouldn't be as much of an issue if I didn't book a day off work (which they couldn't care less about) and hadn't been suffering from headaches whenever I try drive, tell them that and it's just an audio shrug, couldn't care less. Could hear the woman trying not to laugh on the phone when I asked why it's acceptable to give so little notice? Poor service and poor staff attitude.

I had my original registration and diagnostics with Rich, my test with Ian and Jess helped me choose frames. All staff were very personable and helpful. I am slightly disappointed with the very limited range of frameless options available but did settle for a pair although they are larger frames than I would normally like. The costs are reasonable and amongst the lowest for any high street optician in Weston. I was given a card when I left asking me to complete the online survey, which I would be invited to do by email, for the opportunity to participate in the monthly 1000 prize draw. I'm disappointed that I've not received the email.
