PrimRose have been visiting my 91 year old Dad for over 15 months, and I cannot be more pleased with their service. All the staff who visit him are wonderfully warm and helpful. If we have ever had a small problem the owners are quick to help us. Recently, we have had to increase the number and length of his visits as his care needs have increased and PrimRose accommodated the changes really well. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I would not hesitate in recommending PrimRose Home Help to anyone wanting professional, compassionate and reliable home care. The care team is absolutely fantastic and has enabled our mother with advanced dementia to live safely in her own home for an additional three years. Nothing is too much trouble, and the carers have gone above and beyond our expectations on many occasions, including a sleep over at very short notice when they felt mum was not safe to be left. The team has looked after her throughout the Covid-19 pandemic and showed excellent attention to infection control precautions, such that mum remained healthy. The communication between the carers, office team and ourselves has always been excellent, and they have accommodated short notice requests like emergency prescription collection or arranging district nurse assessments promptly and professionally. Many of the carers feel like friends, and they have always demonstrated outstanding care and attention to mum, so that we felt very happy that she was being well supported. They often proactively suggest things to improve her quality of life, are totally trustworthy and a credit to the caring profession. PrimRose is truly outstanding.
