Busy Bees at Weston Super Mare

I have never seen such an unprofessional and not reliable nursery in my life like this one. The manager is not able to communicate with parents at all and is not able to organise properly the school. Feel ashamed for this company.

My daughter loves going to Busy Bee's and I feel reassured every morning when I drop her off that she is in the best possible hands. All of the team there have created a happy, friendly and caring environment. Throughout the day I'm updated via the app as to what she is doing, eating, sleeping etc. along with photos of the various activities she gets involved in. Thanks to everyone there! Keep up the amazing work :)

Awful place. My son attended this nursery for 2 years and after 1.5 years it significantly went downhill. Lack of staff, constant stream of angency, no communication regarding childrens care, constant issues raised regarding another child with mine nothing was ever done to solve the issue, I was just constantly receiving negative comments about my own son he doesnt listen, hes not using kind hands, hes been naughty etc. My son was also constantly having problems having accidents but I came to learn 8-10 staff are on restricted duties and cannot help him. My guess is he was having accidents due to having nobody to assist him which breaks my heart. New manager came in about 3 months ago to turn it around and shes only made it worse. Arranged a meeting with her to discuss serious safety concerns within the nursery - for 45 minutes she spoke over me and interrupted me, I didnt get to raise one full issue with her. I pulled my child out straight away and my notice period got wiped thank god. Hes now in a new amazing nursery and has come on leaps and bounds, oh and not one single accident and negative comment since he started. Was told the area manager would be contacting me regarding the negative experience we had recieved, but shock horror nobody has been in touch. I wouldnt put my child in this extremely unsafe, understaffed nursery again if my life depended on it.

Our Daughter looks forward to going to nursery. The carers greet her like shes a member of their own family and she interacts with all of them. We genuinely feel as though the carers look forward to seeing our daughter as much as she looks forward to seeing them; which is amazing. Since going, shes less clingy, enjoys solving problems and has become more independent. The carers challenge her abilities and Im sometimes surprised by her developments. She really has come on leaps and bounds. We receive regular updates and assessments and each assessment clearly shows how much they know our daughter as they focus on her likes/dislikes, behaviours and abilities. Our Daughter eats more at nursery than she does at home and Im confident that she is offered a healthy and well balanced diet.
