Don't use this as a click&collect store for Yodel packages, God forbid you have mobility issues and require skingrafts like me so you need your partner to pick something up for you. The guy will argue with you and refuse to hand them over even with the collection code and my ID to hand. He did this even after I complained to Yodel asking them to remind the store of process and sent him again to pick it up for me. He handed the package over but not without a fight. Ridiculous. I'm sure the place is fine for picking up your bits and bobs or whatever but I wouldn't trust it as a Yodel pick up point as far as I could throw it. Shameful!
