Sian helped us obtain a mortgage for a holiday let purchase. Despite it taking so long to complete ( not Sian's fault ), she remained communicative and helpful throughout the whole process, getting involved with chasing solicitors etc etc. Would not hesitate to recommend and will use Mortgage Mind again for all our future purchase and re mortgages. Sian was fantastic and we wouldn't go anywhere else for advice now. We had been seeking mortgage advice with a lifetime mortgage advice membership through an estate agent chain. We found that this provider wasn't listening to us and our needs. We didn't want to borrow the maximum amount, we wanted to find out what we could afford considering different scenarios and unexpected life events. Sian helped us to do this which enabled us to know our position in the housing market, we put in an offer on a house knowing it would still be affordable should situations change.
