They care for their staff and always make sure that we are matched with the right people who need our care and support. Our family have received care from HI Weston super Mare for the last year. We are really pleased with the care that the caregiver provides, along with the management of the schedule from the office team. The caregivers are very accommodating and support our family.

The amazing staff do a terrific job looking after my Dad. He loves living in his own home in Burnham-on-Sea (with all his friends and the Burnham-on-Sea Bowling Club) so home care was the perfect solution. He gets on amazingly with his caregivers. Home instead are an amazing company to work for. I joined the company about a year ago and have been very impressed. They genuinely care about all their clients and they really care about all their staff. They are alway eager to help and resolve any issues that may occur.
