        So I understand you have staff problems at the moment but post is hardly never, parcels landing at your office and just sat there, really poor show. RM should not sell a service they can not honour, BS24 areas are the worst, we rely on parcels and letters for business, its just not going down well.

        Useless, they are unable to follow simple instructions. At first I asked for my parcels to be kept at royal mail for collection. Instead they attempted delivery. I then asked Them to deliver to a family address. They then tried to deliver to my address again. They couldn't deliver as I was at work. Instead they put them in an alleyway outside my neighbours back gate. What was the brilliant thought process behind that? Would try to get any other courier to deliver.
