Just purchased a van, had issues and the people who sold it to me got it fixed by a shoddy garage.
Turned up to meet Lee about sorting the glow plugs and he instantly saw issues including diesel spilling out.
Now keep in mind this is 15 minutes before he closes, he's fully booked up for days and was just having a look for me... Within 10 minutes he's cleared up the diesel then fixed some major issues. All because he couldn't bare to have me driving about unsafely. He wouldn't take my money (but I'll sure be bringing him some) and really showed me what a 5 star service was all about again.
Lee, thank you for helping me feel less helpless and restoring my faith in garage's again.
