I have now worked at CTS for just over 10 years..I have learnt a lot which helps my work but also benefits me in my personal life..for me it's not work,it's helping people less fortunate to have the same day to day experiences that I have..I have had my ups and downs,but have been supported in all my choices regarding my chosen career path..I love the service users in all the homes and I wouldn't like to work anywhere else..here's to the next 10 years
