        I D installations have been very easy to deal with since day one - despite them having two Daves! We originally got a quote one year before going ahead. This was never chased up by them so I certainly wouldn't worry about a hard sell. At the time we got a price from a national firm and ID. ID were half the price although the national firm did detail more work that I didn't feel was needed. Anyway the price was still the same when we went ahead and the work was completed quickly and Dave (number 2) tidied up after himself. Dave (number 1) kept in contact regularly in the build up to the work so I knew when they would be starting. The finished product looks excellent.
