        This is a beautiful building; I would rate it 5 stars. There is a feeling of space and lots of light coming into the large windows. Residents have there own front doors with outside ledge which they can personalize. Staff are warm and friendly. There is a lovely garden area and reception / dining area. I wish all care homes were set to this standard!

        Under staffed, loose fire doors, stairwell banister held by glue only, some staff at times fully loaded with customers so couldn't even have breaks, staff need teleporters to get from one customer to next as no time allowed to go from one door to another.
