I trying to sort out a rent charge issue with a property for am selling, got the vague response 'we don't collect anymore" but asked when it was last paid, have had no response, now the only person who deals with this issue is on holiday for three weeks! This is now going to potentially hold up the sale!

Stephen & Co have helped us to sell two properties in the past 2 years, and I cannot fault their professionalism and attention to detail. They have communicated regularly throughout the process and did all they could whenever a problem occurred. In this day and age with 'low cost' estate agents using modern day technology and email, it's refreshing to deal with people who talk rather than email and take an interest in the whole process.
