        Even one star is too many!!! We bought on of their Soaking Whirlpool bathtubs, they apparently had serious problems how to assemble it correctly, result is we are at the delivery of a project, after weeks of delay caused by them, finding holes all damaged and not drilled professionally, full of cracks. Not recommend them at all. The worst part is when we asked them to help us how to solve this problem, they turned out telling that we tried to remove the jets... Ridiculous!

        It took weeks for the product to arrive after many reminders and slow communication. Some defects were discovered during installation that Basutub blamed onto our professional installers. There was no attempt by the company to help resolve the issue, just finger pointing and blaming others. Very unprofessional, avoid and look elsewhere.
