        The manager who was there this morning has been lovely and has resolved a problem with a return in an efficient and friendly manner. The guy who was at the till around 12:30pm was absolutely rude, I don't think he has the skills to deal with customer service.

        Found management extremely rude to their staff, they need a real check on how they treat them. Considering majority of them are younger/college students this was disgusting from what they expected from them. Having ago at them because they had caught someone stealing they seemed fairly new to the job too. Very unpleasant atmosphere.
