There Not paying enough attention to the patients not checking on them when there alone in there rooms my nan is in there and she fell she hit her head she was on the floor hours before anyone went to check on her and they only notified my mother yesterday about my nan having a fall and now she's in the hospital ..the home is supposed to be looking after the patients 24/7 that's what there paid for ..the men are better for caring for the residents because there was 2 carers in that night shift
