No idea what it's like as I went there at 5.40pm to find it closed, Google opening times aren't up-to-date. Shame the opening hours only cater to the unemployed/retired.

Customer service is really bad no smiling. Big price cheap quality and customer service. Better to buy new. Delivery charges very high when you asking return you have to pay more. Dont recommend. rubbish

This store not what one may expect it to be, majority of items is very expensive or simply rubbish priced to clear. Most interesting items are available through eBay listings only, therefore no bargains are to be found in this store, doesnt feel like charity any more, there are better alternatives in Weston to get a decent furniture on budget, much needed nowadays.

The price of the items are competent and cost effective no doubt. I have purchased one sofa and two cupboards from here and booked a slot for delivery. The delivery people didnt bother to call and pop in exactly at 3pm when I went to school to pick up my kids leaving a sorry note. Called the centre again to rebook delivery and they charged me again and telling me that they tried to call me before delivery and which they didnt. Anyway I paid second time again for delivery charges. So kindly be careful with very poor delivery service agents.
