Cooke & Co Letting and Estate Agents Weston-Super-Mare

I have been renting a property through Cooke & Co for almost a year now and I cant recommend them to anyone. Every time I phone regarding anything, they just promise a call back, but they never do. They completely ignore their emails, when I started the tenancy I sent them multiple emails to which they later clarified on the phone that is not advised as they are not looking at emails much. On the phone they are completely uninterested and just want to get you off the line as soon as possible. 2 stars as they are not disturbing you with inspections too often, but they are not great to deal with from a tenant's perspective.

They are truly awful from start to finish. The main thing is the complete lack of professionalism. I share the same sentiments as some of the other reviewers who have actually dealt with them.

Repeating the majority of 1 star reviews. Discrimating because i don't currently work ( I have a baby) however my partner is in full time employment. They told me a property had been let out yet have arranged a veiwing for my friend! I also rang about a different property to which I got told I'd receive a phone call when they knew when they were doing viewings for it - I never recieved a phone call. We are still in the process of trying to find a bigger house however we have decided to completely avoid cooke and co and would advise everyone in the same or simular situation to do the same
