        My sons bike seat became very loose whilst out on our bike ride this afternoon. I didnt have anything with me to tighten it at the time me ! But we were passing Kwik Fit on our route. We popped in and asked if there was anyway they could help out and tighten the seat. The lovely chap on the desk came and had a look at my sons bike and then went to get the tools to sort out the problem. Thanks so much for taking the time to help! My son was a happy chappy again on the (much more comfortable!) ride home. Jo

        Not very helpful with my car. Left my car with them for the day and had to come back a second time. They could diagnose what was wrong. Took my car to another service centre who could advise on the problem within an hour.
