Great experience. Not a straight forward job as had some complexities around tyre size, alloy size. Kept me updated all the way through and very careful with the installation. Highly recommend

Had all four tyres changed by national tyres, 4 days later my wheel flew off on the motorway. It was clear that one of the wheels was not torqued up but they never admitted liability and kept trying to blame it on other things. I took it back to them and they eventually repaired the car but still would not admit fault and they were never apologetic. Communication during this process was terrible by Jonathon Royston and also the Halfords regional manager Warren Barnes who repeatedly ignored my calls. I would not recommend this company if you want your wheels to stay on.

Asked for just air in my tyres and seen straight away and was sorted less than 5 minutes. Quick and professional at their jobs , but didnt ask or look up what pressures my tyres should be but overall good and would recommend
