Not the worse housing provider but definitely would benefit from a large increase of staff across the board. Repairs take far too long.

Been with these for 3 years, dont reply or do repairs quick enough and now Im swapping I have had the housing inspector out writing done small things about the house and constantly delaying the swap for little things that the housing association should be doing, having to spend out more money on getting things like wood for the kitchen and them complaining about movement in a new build which is not my obligation to fix. Wouldnt recommend cant wait to leave my contract.

It must be difficult at times running a housing association, I try not to be stern on the phone but it's the only contact we really get is with the call centre , everyone else seems to hide
