        Returned a Christmas gift, no credit/gift card offered, the item was put back onto the original person who bought its account !!!! So I ended up with nothing. Bazaar policy.

        Excellent customer service. Changed jeans twice as I bought the wrong style. Very helpful no fuss exchange. Got the right jeans now thankfully.

        My partner bought trousers, next day he wanted to exchange them as they were too big when he tried them on. He took them back to store but the lady said he couldn't exchange them, because they were aSlready worn. She was also rude to him. It's sad as it was our favourite shop. If the trousers were worn, the store has a refund policy to follow, however was easier to say, he didn't have to come back to the shop again : "That's fine" this person said to him.

        Don't ever buy on sale online. This is my third time buying something, waiting for 2-3 months and my order been canceled. Previous time was 2 years ago and I thought never to do this again, but did it again and again the same.
