I saw BEV this morning for my dreaded smear test, and I have to say, I have never felt so at ease while having it done, and to top off the excellent service, while I was there, BEV decided to give me a complete overhaul. Full bloods and she even answered some questions which have been bothering me. THANK YOU SO MUCH BEV for the amazing service.

I am a ileostomy patient and have been since March 2021. However, the care I receive is beyond disgusting. I am unable to get prescriptions authorised, I am meant to have kidney function tests at least once a month which they were notified by the hospital which has yet to happen. I am continually fobbed off with antibiotics which they know dont work and apparently I am not a priority to be seen at least once a month. The hospital advised the GP that I would know exactly when I would have an infection due to having them on and off for the 12 years, this is still not the case.
