        I spent 10 months with Charlie. She is a professional who is kind, compassionate and non-judgmental. Charlie helped me learn different tools and techniques to manage my anxiety which has gotten progressively worse over the past couple of years. I am now able to manage my anxiety effectively on a day to day basis. I highly recommend Charlies services, shes amazing.

        I spent 7 weeks with Charlie and it was the best money I have ever spent. Charlie worked through so much with me & through the use of tools, reading and deep discussions she ensured I reached my goal. I wanted to improve my mindset and work on my anxiety as this is something Ive struggled with for so long. I now understand why I feel the way I do, my anxiety still exists but doesnt control me & I couldnt be happier. If youre looking for a therapist or councillor to help, Charlie is the perfect person to work with. Thank you for everything, Ashleigh.

        I saw Charlie for a course of sessions this year. Charlie has helped me have a more positive outlook and helped me to minimise so many of my mental health symptoms. She has helped to improve my self esteem and has taught me important skills as a young woman such as assertiveness and resilience. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a counsellor!

        Its been over a month since my last session with Charlotte and all I want to say is thank you. I didn't want to write a review as soon as I finished my last visit because I felt I needed to put what I've learned into practice before writing a fair review. First thing I'd like to say is from day one I can't believe how easy it was to talk to Charlotte about the issues I had. She was very professional and was understanding in what I had to say and was there every step of the way. I never thought counselling would be for me but for me, it was definitely worth it. Thanks again and would highly recommend blossom fields x
