        We had a small problem with the front main window in our Abbey Spectrum van, raised it with Donna and Steve and their customer service has been absolutely incredible. Their communication, informative emails, reassurance was superb. Steve and his colleague drove out to us ( 4 hours drive) and they fixed our window at our house. While this problem was raised, we exposed Steves brilliant knowledge and skills and he also was able to fix a light fitting and change some electrical cables etc as well in our bathroom. This is what customer service is about. Thank you so so much for sorting this out for us. Genuinely couldnt recommend these guys higher, certainly wont go anywhere else for advice, guidance and future caravan purchases.
