I switched to o2 today, and could not be happier with the the service I received. I was served by both Lewis and Brad at the Weston super-mare store. Both were really informative and very patient with me taking the time ensure I found the best plan for me. They explained everything in great detail but in a way that was digestible and easy to follow. I also switched broadband whilst in store today and they made this switch so easy and effortless. Both have wonderful customer service skills and were also fantastic with my almost 2 yr old who was starting to get a little bored while she waited so they kindly put on some childrens music and were making her smile. If I could leave more stars I would. The other staff in store were also warm and friendly and overall the atmosphere made it an enjoyable and easy visit to store today. Im really pleased to have switched to o2, thanks for all your help :)
