South West Mediation

I couldn't recommend SW Mediation, and in particular, Jill, highly enough. With her methodical and diplomatic approach we were able to look at the facts with much less hostility and reach an agreement, saving the cost and angst of the court process.

I feel that the mediation process through South West Mediation has been vital for my ex partner and myself to move forward in the most positive manner possible. Our mediator Jill was highly professional but also friendly and approachable with a sense of humour which immediately put me at ease and helped to diffuse some trying conversations. Jill is an expert at what she does and she manages to extract all of the necessary information from you while not getting caught up in any of the inevitable emotion that is brought to the session (tears do not work!). My ex partner and myself always left our sessions feeling positive about the next steps that we needed to take and that hugely contributed to a more positive home environment (crucial for our son) whilst we were still living together. i couldn't recommend South West Mediation highly enough. We sought to separate in the least acrimonious way possible, putting the needs and wants of our son at the forefront of every decision that we made and Jill really helped us to achieve this.
