Unfortunately we were disappointed with their conveyancing services despite being recommended. We didnt have a straightforward sale but found communication lacking. It was very hard to speak to someone via phone (us and our estate agents) and our perception was that they were reactive rather than proactive. To receive an email from them informing us our buyers had pulled out after 4 months felt very impersonal and cold.
