Premier Inn Weston-Super-Mare East (A370) hotel

Usual Premier Inn standards. Had booked meal deal and told no need to book table for evening meal as they were quiet so at 6pm went to get our evening meal only to be told they were fully booked all evening and I should have booked! They did eventually put us in the main bar which was OK. However when reading through menu the only thing we got extra on the meal deal was a drink. Could have had same 2 course meal in restaurant for same price as one in the meal deal. Nice breakfast though except for lack of black pudding! Would stay here again but book a table in the restaurant and not listen to hotel staff!

Bedrooms terrible dont start me on trying to get hot water in the room if you have people walking in the room above as I was on ground floor its very noisy give this one a miss one member of staff who was male quite chunky refusing to check you in before 3pm and was very rude to me and my manager and when you think about it check in on most hotels is 12 so you dont even get 24 hrs in your room typical whibred company
