Absolutely shocking experience with the old hairdresser there , messed up my hair then got rude then blocked me , said she had 35 years experience! More like 35 mins

Abysmal customer service - Made appointment on line- no confirmation so rang , not been booked so booked verbally for 26/03/22 at 16.30 as my birthday and had a party to go to , managed to get time off work so iIcould make the appointment I arrived 15 minutes early and discovered the business was shut up no llghts on and no response when I rang I rang at 9am the following day and asked to speak to the manager and explained that there was no one there at 16.30 when my appointment was due - I was told that the stylist was not at the business yet and that she would ask her to call me as soon as she arrived and to get my hair sorted I rang again at 10am to be told that the stylist was with a client and would call me back shortly I waited all day for a call that never happened and had to go to a party with no new hair do so didnt really feel good I am disgusted at the lack of response, surely it would be common courtesy to call and apologise When most businesses are suffering with the results of lockdown I would have thought that every opportunity would be taken I am angry and upset that i have been treated in this manner Mrs Tozer
