I love this gym ! It's compact but has everything you need for your workout. It's soo much more than a gym, it's like a family. The gym is located in the centre of town and there is always street parking available. I wouldn't go anywhere else !

I have been a member since the big move from the old gym (topflight). I remember back then that I was scared trying a new setting of the gym as a lady as people can get rude but Gym central was amazing like its owner (Caroline) helping me in as a lady who wants to get fit at the same time for finding my peace in a hour. Members were great too, the gym is old skool, people say its small but all you need to get toned and fit is in this building (no insta influencers). It may not have some cardio equipment but it has some tools for HIIT cardio. The best part is you can play ur own music too and a fob key to let yourself in. Recommended to everyone who wants to find a quiet me time moment and at the same time get fit

I've been at Gym Central for almost a year, and it perfectly fits my needs. It's friendly, with decent equipment, and most likely the best value for money gym in the area. I've had knee surgery in the past and it has the leg machines I need. As it's in the town, it's only short walk away from my place, and opening times are flexible, which is perfect.
