The Weston Super Mare Guest House

Absolutely shameful for a hotel, no breakfast as stated on booking.com , no tea or coffee facilities, no wardrobe, no soap, tiny tv,nobody to greet you on arrival,no communal lounge as stated, no kettle or microwave,none existent WiFi on top floor where we were, booked for 2nights, wish we hadn't bothered, ruined our break away, no dining area as advertised, very small bed for a couple, sewerage smell all night, the list goes on..... Do not bother staying here save your money,and book anywhere else but here,overpriced, and very very dissapointing. Honestly say the location was the only good thing as its 2minute walk from the beach.

The stay was OK not happy about that they have photos showing that they have tea and coffee, facilities, but actually don't. The guest house is something that is for lads on your sort of thing. Wasn't happy that you have to share a shower and toilet facilities, there was enough spare in our room for it own bathroom. I will rate the guest house 1 star. I won't be staying her again.
