A loving, caring and compassionate funeral directors who made a very difficult time for us more bearable. If you're looking for more of a personal service for you and your loved one, then look no further than Mason's Funeral Directors. Mark Mason was a true gentleman who didn't make us feel like 'just another customer'. Instead, he welcomed us with consideration, tenderness and high levels of professionalism. We chose them primarily because they had Volvo cars (they were Dad's favourite vehicle), but we're so glad that the entire service they provided was so fantastic (I know, an odd thing to say - but it's true). I recommend them so highly, especially if you want a small, local, caring funeral directors (nothing like the larger businesses where you and your loved one are just 'business'). Thank you Mark and your team for doing Dad proud on the day.

I can't recommend Mason's enough. It was the first funeral I had to organise and I don't live locally. It was also in the depths of the Covid restrictions. They were incredibly kind and helpful and super responsive. They made the day as perfect as it could be and were very reasonably priced. It gives me great comfort to know I did right by my relative, and Mason's made this possible.
